For 35 years, Chef Soleyman Gushwareh has believed in one simple rule: ‘In my culture, when anyone comes in, we say welcome to our home.’ What started as a quiet kitchen is now Arlington’s favorite gathering spot. We pour decades of tradition into every skewer, baking our naan fresh in a clay tandoor and marinating our meats until they melt in your mouth.
